Our TAGteach™ certified staff consists of highly regarded professional dancers and performing artists, each with exceptional teaching experience. Our teachers cultivate enthusiasm in our students through their own joy in dance and out of their sincere love for children (we TAG, we don’t nag!).

Cheri Spencer

A Dancers Dream is thrilled for the return of Ms. Cheri Spencer, whom, after 11 dedicated years with us as the Dream Team tap teacher, took a four year hiatus to complete her family of 5!

In addition to her abundant teaching skills to our talented students, she has spent the last decade in the role of both Physical Education and Music teacher at the Johnson School in Nahant. Miss Cheri is a talented musician as well as an inspirational theatrical director, evidenced by her regular concerts and the annual sixth grade play she directs filling school auditoriums to overflowing capacity.

As you can see, Cheri wears many different hats, all with great organization and enthusiasm. She is always eager to challenge herself and is always open to learning new techniques, skills, and approaches. She is beloved in our A Dancer’s Dream community, not only by the students and fellow teachers, but our entire dance family.
